Orders & Payment

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices listed are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, and carrier availability. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Modal Logic is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. For international orders, customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@modal-logic.com for instructions and a return authorization. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
